Safety for tour guests is our highest priority. All participants will be asked to sign a waiver before each tour. By signing up for a tour with Taps & Corks Tours, you and your party agree to the following:
To hold harmless Taps & Corks Tours LLC, and Visit Raleigh from any injury or illness resulting from participating in any tour. Consuming alcohol can result in intoxication.
Acknowledge responsibility for behavior during this tour and agree to assume any financial responsibility associated with damage caused to the businesses we visit.
Take responsibility for the safety of yourself and your party by appointing a designated driver or hiring transportation to return us to home or lodging following the tour.
Understand that photos taken during the tour may be used to promote Taps & Corks Tours on social media and other platforms. Participants agree for their images to be used in this way.
Know before you go
- All guests must be 21 or older.
- Your safety is important to us before, during and after the tours. Therefore, we strongly advise that you have a plan for back-up transportation from our drop-off sites following a tour.
- No alcohol can be consumed outside of the breweries or wineries during walking tours (with the exception of the Downtown Cary Park, a social district).
- Tours include “an “urban hike” — walking between beverage locations. Choose footwear that is appropriate for walking on uneven surfaces and clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
- And above all, please have fun and share your experience with others! We hope that you will return again and again.
Cancellations
TicketSpice offers ticket insurance, which we encourage our guests to purchase if you have any doubts about participation. We do not offer refunds for cancellations. Thank you for understanding.
