Safety on our tours

Know before you go

We believe you have chosen our tour because you are interested in learning more about beer and wine in North Carolina. Since most guests will consume alcohol during the tours, remember that you are responsible for your behavior at all businesses we visit and on transportation.

Your safety is important to us before, during and after the tours. Therefore, we strongly advise that you have a plan for back-up transportation from our drop-off sites following a tour. No alcohol can be consumed outside of the breweries or wineries visited during walking tours.

All guests must be 21 or older.

Behind-the-scenes tours at wineries or breweries may require close-toed shoes, so plan ahead if your tour includes such opportunities.

We ask that you show respect for and pay attention to the business professionals who give their time to share their stories with us.

Tours include opportunities for “an “urban hike” — walking between urban breweries. Choose footwear that will protect you while walking through uneven terrain and clothing that is appropriate for the weather.

And above all, please have fun and share your experience with others! We hope that you will return again and again.
